A loblolly pine was situated beside the driveway, easily as old as my 1961-built house (who in their right mind plants pine trees right next to driveways?), and the roots were pushing and cracking the concrete, creating a large bump which made driving on it quite annoying. I also wanted to replace the 3'x3' concrete pad at the back door of the house with a larger stamped concrete patio and replace the front walk and porch. A big job for one house.
