Chris Pressley was the Project Lead and he was great to work with. He provided excellent communication from beginning to end. This was a vacation rental which required tight coordination to minimize the time I had to take the property off the market. Chris had several ideas (eg power wash and caulk in advance) that made the work go smoothly. I was able to set aside a few days for the paint/stain work and they finished with time to spare. They really know what they doing they came on time and worked hard my house look like it wasn't even damaged after they finished. Im having him come back to build a roof on the top of deck and other things because they do some many things.
