Dario Valdes and his crew did a great job for a great price- a significantly lower price than bids from competitors. This was a difficult job - 3 story house, bevel cedar siding and shakes, steep roof covered in solar panels, multiple gables, 4 different colors. Dario and his team are pros - hard working, skilled, pay attention to detail, never cut corners, took care of the little things that make a difference, e.g. cleaning, surface prep, masking, drop cloths to protect surfaces. Dario went the extra mile to do the job right, accomodating our preferences. We are very happy with their work and highly recommend Custom Painting of Asheville.

If you are looking for a professional painting company, I would without hesitation recommend (Dario) of Custom Painting of Asheville. I have hired Dario and his team many times to paint our homes interior, remove popcorn from the ceilings and to stain our exterior decks. They showed up and painted the 3 car garage walls, all trim and ceiling. They were here 2 days and did an amazing job. They cleaned up after themselves and it went very smoothly. We will hire them again when we need anything painted.

After consulting several contractors, we chose Dario and his crew at Custom Painting of Asheville to power wash, paint and clean-up of our 2-story home located on a steep slope. We are very pleased with their 5-star outstanding job. They are professionals who are hardworking, friendly and courteous. They are also fearless as they scaled some of the tallest ladders I’ve ever seen. Dario is very easy to work with. He will listen to your requests and comes through on his promises. The quality of their work is something you can be proud of at a very reasonable price.

We were very pleased with the excellent and professional job re-staining our log home. Dario and his crew were diligent, reliable, punctual and very easy to work with. They were extremely hard working and finished our house before a visit by our relatives. We love the way our log home looks now !! the contractor did not show up for a scheduled appointment - no phone call to let me know he couldnt make the appointment - I emailed him and said to cancel the project - he responded with an apology and set a new date - I responded again to cancel the project

Custom Painting did an outstanding job of completing the required prep work and then painting interior rooms in our house. Custom Painting did an outstanding job of staining our 30 year old buildings. Additionally many or our homeowners have used Custom Painting to paint their interiors. They always showed up as scheduled and where very professional when dealing with the association or homeowners. When we had a couple of issues that weren't noticed until months later, they came out quickly to rememdy the situation. I would highly recommend Custom Painting and will continue to use them for any of our painting/staining needs.

We were impressed at the meticulous way the crew worked, leaving not a single ding or scratch on any of the adjacent drywall. Nothing was broken, and everything was left tidy. The crew were always courteous, professional, and punctual. And much quieter than any painters we’ve worked with previously! Communication was excellent – they notified us in advance when they’d be working, and regularly reviewed finished work and planning options. Pricing was very reasonable, and fully understood in advance. We highly recommend Custom Painting and will definitely use them again in the future!
