From the moment we first spoke through the completion of the painting we were extremely impressed with everything. We already have plans to hire them again and would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to have painting done.

We originally hired Cory Rose Painting to paint our exterior house. It went very well. They were efficient, professional, and friendly. We like them so much that we also hired them to do the interior which went just as well, and looks beautiful. We would definitely hire them again and recommend to anyone else.

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had working with a contractor! Bruce was clear and honest during the estimation process, and Cory and his team were professional, respectful, efficient and friendly while doing the work. They all were easy to communicate with and made sure they were meeting my expectations. Their work was top quality and my house looks fantastic now! I'm so glad I used Cory Rose Painting and I'd use them again, or recommend them, in a heartbeat.

We hired the team to paint and fix the deck. Despite their busy schedule they fit us in quickly which we were very appreciative of. They showed up on time (rare for contractors!) and were very courteous (also sometimes rare!). We ended up hiring them for additional projects (painting stairs and bathroom) and again they fit us in quickly by even working on a Saturday. Thank you! -Stephanie and Andrew :)

It was such a pleasure to work with Bruce Rose. We had the exterior of the house painted , and deck and cedar shakes stained. He was a professional in every way. Helped me understand about stains and was great about communicating during the project. I am out of town with son living in home. My son commented about how clean they left the job each day. Everything neatly tucked away. He has also gone above anyone stating if anytime during the year we see something that needs attention , they will come back and touch up as part of the price. His prices were slightly less than others, but that’s not the reason to use him. Use Cory Rose painting because they do an outstanding job. I would use them again without hesitation.

Cory and Bruce are awesome! They are professional, honest and reliable. They painted the exterior of our home in Lake Lure and did a fabulous job with great care and attention to detail. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

They used to be good. Don't leave them alone. Left paint for them to use and they bought other paint and painted my trim in flat paint, even though I had provided trim paint. Over charged for the paint used. Left all the empty paint cans under the deck. Painted basement walls brown, not the white I requested. .....This is the short list. Here are the details. 1. The windowsill trim outside, you agreed to fix from your last job, was not done. 2. The walls in the basement brown, when I walked it through with you it was to be refreshed with a new coat of white. I was surprised it only took an hour to repaint white, but some of the brown is still bleeding through. During the walkthrough, you said you would be rolling the paint, therefore I did not cover anything. All painters know when spray painting, you have to put up a plastic barrier, so nothing is permanently damaged. Because you did not take the time to block the middle section of the basement, which was easily provided, from the overspray, all of our belongings have overspray on them. 3. You did not turn off our dehumidifier while painting and it froze up and quit working because of the overspray. 4. When I started to clean the living room, stairway, hall, and dining room, I found you painted the trim in flat paint. I left medium luster for the trim and marked the cans. Because we cannot close the business until this winter, I will have to wait to hire someone to repaint. You painted trim for me before in the medium lustre when you worked for me before. You cannot say you did not know. I will have to rehire to repaint. When I talked to Sherwin Williams they said they never heard of trim being painted in flat paint. 5. You took out the mollies for our curtain rods and repainted over. We were trying to make it easy for you to paint, not to remove our curtain rod mollies and patch. It took Jim six hours to redrill and put up rods. All you had to do was ask. 6. You did not cover the shelves with plastic before painting the upstairs. You did the minimum on painting the basement stairway as none of the trim was painted. I left a note on the shelf “do not paint shelf” it did not say not to paint the trim. 7. The ceiling is still bubbling. 8. I went to Sherwin Williams and they said you got a 30% discount on paint. The most expensive paint is $75 with a discount at most a gallon would be $50. I provided you with trim and ceiling paint which you did not use even though you had the instructions on what paint to use. Based upon Sherwin Williams calculation, the most would have been 6 gallons. You charged me $650 dollars for paint, which equates to 13 gallons of paint. I scheduled this job with you two months in advance and expected a professional job. You have cost us so much money and time in this job. I talked to your father, Bruce. He wanted to come back, but after such a soured relationship, I do not want your company back. He initially agreed to $1,000 refund so I can hire to repaint the trim this winter. I told him about the trim, etc and he discontinued the conversation. I can send you pictures depicting the issues.

Bruce, Cory, and their team were some of the best contractors I've ever worked with. They painted the entire main and upstairs floors of my house, including the ceilings (and that was a challenge -- some are 17+ feet!) They are kind, friendly and honest, and that's not even mentioning their outstanding work. They did a fabulous job at a very reasonable price, and completed the whole thing promptly. I highly recommend them, and am having them come back soon to paint my downstairs!

These guys are very professional. Always going above and beyond to make us happy. This is our 3rd time using this company. We had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms painted. I will be using them again in the near future.

Corey and his crew did an excellent job painting the exterior of our house in March 2022. They painted all the siding, trim and doors. They did a great job with the utmost professionalism at all times for a very reasonable price. The team was very courteous , I would highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again.

Cory and his team pressure washed, painted the entire exterior and did some carpentry work on our home. They did an awesome job! It looks fantastic! We will be sure to recommend them to family & friends.

Very, very well! I’m so pleased to have this project out of the way before spring. They were here every day, winter weather permitting, once the the project began. Everything was done neatly and thoroughly. They were very attentive to making sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Their price was very fair ( I had gotten 3-4 other estimates prior to hiring. Some were ridiculously high, some ridiculously low.) So glad they picked up all the paint for me, once I made my selections and paid for them. Very personable and polite folks. They also did a couple of other little odds and ends for me that we not related to painting per se, including having to move nearly 1000 loose bricks in order to paint a retaining wall—then move them back. Would definitely hire again and recommend them!

Bruce is one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. He is kind, honest and makes sure the customer is happy. Talking to him is like talking with an old friend. We had a lot more extensive wood rot then any of us anticipated and they were able to fix it all without increasing our bill (except for the lumbar costs). Pricing was very fair and work was outstanding. Our neighbors have all stopped by to say how amazing the house looks! When I called about a small issue, he stood by his word and had his guys come back and fix it. Great company!! Highly recommend them!

This company is by far the best company to use. I have had them paint before my rental home in 2016 they did a tremendous job. I called back to have them paint interior of my personal home. Again they knocked it out of the park and did a tremendous job. I will definitely use them again when I need exterior painting done.

Cory Rose Painting did an EXCELLENT job painting the entire interior of my home (4200 sqft.) and on top of that did an AMAZING transformation of the nasty popcorn ceiling in my basement. It's a smooth as a baby's bottom now. And let me add that my house has all kinds of crazy angles and super high ceilings and the guys took care of it with ease. Bruce Rose was very professional and responsive while I was getting estimates. Far and above the other companies that I had out to the house. He went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the outcome. I would recommend Cory Rose Painting to anyone!
