This was a vacation rental which required tight coordination to minimize the time I had to take the property off the market. Chris had several ideas (eg power wash and caulk in advance) that made the work go smoothly. I was able to set aside a few days for the paint/stain work and they finished with time to spare. I couldn't be more pleased!"
