"I hired aax last minute to stain my front/back deck. They were very flexible with regard to weather forecast and did the job two days earlier then initially planned because of it. The crew arrived on time and worked methodically/efficiently. I was surprised how quick the project went despite not using a sprayer to stain any portion of the deck. Reasonably priced. They recommended a second coat which was completed. Looks great. I will be referring them and contacting for future work."

Chris Pressley was the Project Lead and he was great to work with. He provided excellent communication from beginning to end. This was a vacation rental which required tight coordination to minimize the time I had to take the property off the market. Chris had several ideas (eg power wash and caulk in advance) that made the work go smoothly. I was able to set aside a few days for the paint/stain work and they finished with time to spare. A tree hit the corner of my house when Helen hit so miguel the owner came out looked at the damaged and him and his team or i can say his family because its a family business. They really know what they doing they came on time and worked hard my house look like it wasn't even damaged after they finished. Im having him come back to build a roof on the top of deck and other things because they do some many things. I dont know about you guys but if you can find somebody you trust and can do all the work you need stick with them thats why im sticking with Miguel and RUEDA CONSTRUCTION you want be sorry."
