A referral from neighbor in our community. Did a large porch. Removed and replaced deck boards, power washed and stained to match. The deck looks amazing. We tried to get a specific on when it would be done and was told that it all depends on weather for the wood to be dry enough to apply stain. Seemed to take a while. When asked was told "we live in a rain forest and we have to wait so the work could be guaranteed." We are not in a rain forest.

Asked to remove old stone and build a circular stone and gravel sitting area. Communication bad, quality of work poor. So disappointed. He seemed so enthusiastic and experienced.

Very disappointed in customer service and communication skills from Jenn and Chris Bauer. As an absentee owner, we pay for services as soon as a bill is sent for a completed service and have no choice but to trust that all services are done correctly, or done at all. If problems arise, the owner should want to get to the bottom of what happened. We have not found that to be the case with CabinCare WNC. My experience is that quality is not consistent and over-sight/customer service is severely lacking. I would NOT recommend CabinCare.

A local Cashiers property management company that does great work! Neighbors have used them as well. Price was excellent. Staff was courteous. Owner was there to talk to, provide estimate, check on the work and to make sure it as done as stated. Came out right away and left the place cleaner than it was when they got here. Didn t just pull it out and toss it on the ground. Cleaned the inside of the gutters to remove leaves, branches, dirt and debris, then wiped down the outside of the gutters, ran water through them and made sure the the downspouts were cleaned out. Will be using again. Very satisfied. Highly recommend.
