"Tomas came to my house the same day I called him and gave me a reasonable estimate for the work. A few days later, he and his partner spent nearly 90 minutes pressure-washing the deck. They were very thorough. The following week, after the deck had dried, they returned. They carefully sanded the rough spots before re-staining the deck -- a process that took about five hours because the deck is large and required two coats of stain. My wife and I are extremely happy with the results and would absolutely hire TM Projects again."

"I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.  
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.

"Eric, through his receptionist, advised that since it was a fairly small job, an hourly rate of $135.00 for first hour and $35.00 per hour after that was agreed to. However, I did not realize that instead of working full days to complete the project, it took 4 days ( 3 hours one day, 4 hours another, etc) to complete. Therefore they charged $135.00 for the first hour each day for 4 days. If the guys had worked longer each day it would have been completed in less days; therefore less cost to me. Eric's office was contacted but Eric advised the pricing was correct."
