"Working with Father & Son Ceramic tile was a wonderful experience! Hal was very open with communication and made sure we knew what was happening each step of the way. They were professional, courteous, and were very efficient. They came when they said they would and completed the remodel of two showers quickly and with great attention to detail. We had 2 showers that had vintage tiles, but the walls behind them needs to be rebuilt . I was crushed at having to lose the vintage feel, but they really helped talk through the shower design and their input allowed us to preserve some of the original tiles to mix in with new. They created showers that are not only functional and working perfectly, but they look wonderful and as if they have always been in our vintage bathrooms. They really helped us keep the vintage feel and it meant the world to me that they were so thoughtful and willing to take the time to do so. We are beyond thrilled and will hire them again in a heartbeat!"

Normal what I expected, I can't say it was anything magnanimous or what have you, I needed the carpets clean as well and I needed the tile clean, I had expect the tiles to be a little bit cleaner but yeah no big sweat that I needed to do it so it was okay."

"There was a section of vinyl caulk that was installed between the backsplash and the counter. The caulk was old and deteriorated and became dis colored and did not cure. Since the problem was caused by the initial installation, Granite Transformation should have corrected the work under warantee. In fact, they want to charge me a service call. Since they did not stand behind their work, I would not recommend them. I had to call them back to repair plumbing problems, They failed to plug in the refrigerator completely. Beautiful job, but for &7,000 they should stand behind their work

"Cliff Fleming was very professional, very responsive, and conscientious about all the work that he did for us. He used a drop cloth for a hose/vacuum that went from our outdoor faucet through the house. He cleaned and scraped and removed mold in our master bathroom grout. He removed a cracked tile and cut a new piece to replace it. He re-grouted and re-caulked (silicone) and then sealed the grout. The ONLY thing I can think of that wasn't an A+ is that he showed up for the job about 20 minutes after I expected him, so I was initially wondering if he would show up. But he worked all day, slowly and methodically and did a fantastic job. I thought he was very affordable and if or when I need to hire someone for additional grout work I wouldn't hesitate to call Cliff again."
