"I was very pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of the technician. He was right on time. He worked hard to get some stubborn stains out of my carpet in the high traffic areas. I am very paticular about how my carpets are cleaned. The technician went back to areas that still had stains and was able to remove most of them. I am very pleased about how the carpet looks. I will definitely call Encore again for future carpet cleaning needs!"

"My initial phone call was returned within 2 hours, after a description of the work a price was given, the cleaning was scheduled for the next day at 4:30 pm, that evening Ken called to say they had a cancellation and would be able to come between 2:30 and 3:00 pm. I returned the call letting him know that would be fine. He arrived at 2:30 pm, with a helper, the proceeded to move furniture off the rug and complete the cleaning which took until 4pm. I was completely satisfied with the results. Ken was professional, courteous, and his assistant was also."
