Like most people, given the significant expense involved in renovating a master bathroom, we spoke with several tile firms before making our final decision. Rich really stood out by focusing on what we considered the critical aspects of the work (e.g. waterproofing and durability). He walked us through the entire process up front, set realistic work timeframe expectations and really minimized the impact on our family throughout the 2+ week work period.
