"Our experience with Falcone has been FANTASTIC!!!! The office team were great, Nicole, Esmeralda, Sherry and Melissa were the nicest and friendliest people always keeping me informed on all the comings and goings through the entire process and gave me the comfort that they would take care of everything even when things started going downhill because of other rotten wood issues we have (nothing to do with their work). Fred and Ed were wonderful with giving us estimates and explaining what would be going on from the beginning of the process. The first crews, Tommy and Romulus were great installing the piers that support the house to fix the sinking foundation and they save my plants to boot. The second team that came to repair the rotten wood were fantastic; Romulus (again, yea!), John, Josh and, Antonio have worked on the rotten wood at the front of the house and the back. During all this they found other issues we did not know about that was caused by the water leaks. They worked with the office and senior members (Phil and Mat) to access the damage, get it appraised and gave the best, safest and most affordable suggestions possible which gave me a great comfort level it would be taken care of. If not for the entire team a Falcone our issues would have been so overwhelming I’m not sure I could have handled it but they were there to help with recommendations and they have done GREAT work!!! They kept the place as clean as possible during all the renovations, inside and out. I highly, highly recommend anyone using this team/company to do anything they advertise they do. You will have the best work done, the nicest people doing the work and a comfort level in the end all the work is done safely and competently."

The work was thorough, clearly explained, & the finished product looks excellent. But the biggest positive was the crew. They worked incredibly hard every day on a physically demanding, messy job, yet remained professional, disciplined, & respectful. They took great care of our home, kept debris contained, & cleaned up afterward. Matt took time to explain the full system to us & went above & beyond to help replace insulation that had fallen, even though it wasn't part of the job. "thanks to this site, I called Greater Wilm. Structure about a brick house I was buying that had cracked brick and unlevel floors. I assumed I would only (!) need to have that section of the home jacked up and the foundation repaired. Brian returned my call quickly, and met me and my realtor at the house (was a 45 min. drive for him) to give me his opinion and verbal price quote. Many contractors/carpenters would have just focused on the project and the money involved, but Brian wanted to see WHY the house had sunk. He pointed out the major structure issues with the tresses in the attic, joists, as well as other red flags, that would cause problems later. He's a master carpenter and his knowledge, experience (and sense of humor!) was refreshing and valuable. "David Strutton of ABX arrived promptly and assessed the areas of  the house exterior that needed wood rot repair.  He told me he would not be able to repair the rot on my windows at this time because of the Big Deal time constraints.  Because I had called ahead with my problems, I knew this was a possibility and I had enough work to fill the three hours.  Dave went to buy the lumber he needed and promptly returned to start the job.  He worked tirelessly and efficiently until the job was completed.  The new wood repairs look great and I am very pleased with the craftsmanship.  I am planning to have the windows done in the future as his estimate for their repair was reasonable and I appreciated his honesty and professionalism."

"'B-/C+' is the real grading. He manages several non-English speaking crews and so the quality of varies and no recourse with the people performing the work. The jobs looks good from afar, but the details are lacking. Many houses here are built with a "carpenter's gap" (google it). The workers did not mention this to me or to James Taylor, the consequence is my roof continues to let in vermin and this is now much more expensive to fix (I offered to pay the difference to fix this, never heard back). The workers also slid down the shingles and there is shingle wear where they slid down on their butts. The roof is functioning correctly, although we have sealed a several popped nails. The siding install was just the siding, the quote apparently did not include painting/sealing where the trim butts up against the siding ( I was told this is standard practice, so now I have to get up on a ladder and paint this myself). I was glad house wrap was included, but the work was carelessly cut and not according to Tyvek's overlap specification nor fastening (see picture. Manufacturer specification specifies a 6" overlap (red dots) and washered fasteners). Billing was clear enough. Email/phone response times long."
