"thanks to this site, I called Greater Wilm. Structure about a brick house I was buying that had cracked brick and unlevel floors. I assumed I would only (!) need to have that section of the home jacked up and the foundation repaired. He was mindful of the budget we set, flexible when we asked for changes, creative when solving a layout issue, readily available via text, email, or called directly (he ALWAYS returned the text, call, or email usually within minutes)...professional, courteous, timely, knowledgeable. If any issue arose, whether it was with supply-chain delays, questions with our project, or an interaction with neighbors/HOA, etc, he immediately called and gave us a heads-up.
