"The local contractor David called promptly after I had sent an email to Craftsman Direct about the problem.  I explained that the dryer venting under the house was clogged with lint, and I did not have appropriate air flow from the dryer to the outside.  I wanted to replace the flexible venting with rigid venting to 1. get rid of the clogged vent and 2. prevent the problem in the future.  David came out and looked at the problem and quoted a fair price.  He set up an appointment to repair within the week.  When he came out to do the work, he was friendly and efficient.  He took before and after pictures so he could explain the work.  I am very happy with the job he did and would recommend this company to others.
