If any issue arose, whether it was with supply-chain delays, questions with our project, or an interaction with neighbors/HOA, etc, he immediately called and gave us a heads-up. Brendan and his crew were there to accept appliance deliveries when we couldn't be there. He pointed out TO US items that we would not have noticed on the walk-through that he felt should be included on the punchlist. A+ came out in a timely manner to see the problem and send a quote even though I was not home at the time. Within a week they were here to remove a huge pine tree with a split down the middle.
