Spent time , looking, explaining, and then gave a very detailed , free estimate.   Followed by a   prompt reply to our hiring request.  A team of 4 arrived  on time met by Doug at our home, Doug walked the team through , explaining plan . They were professional, friendly, very neat , considerate of our funiture and drapes, everything covered. Doug checked in with them midway through and then returned at end of project. Only took one day !!!! Everything spotless when they all left. Excellent job ! would never know there had been damage. I smile every time I look at my ceilings !! Thank you Craftman Direct !

"The furnace took 4 days to get approved( not counting a Sunday) the others were quick but the water heater had to be ordered so without hot water for a week. One ceiling fan was easy but within a year their policy changed and They would not install the one I purchased and had to get a new one approved and then ordered online and took several weeks to get straightened out. Not sure who was at fault, AHS, installer or scheduling with renter. Fee is usually $75 per visit"
