"I have had one plumber come out to give me an estimate but I never did use that company. It was off of Angie's List. I have not used any Angie's List plumber. It was Benjamin Franklin Plumbing from Hendersonville. I never did have it done. It was not that I didn't want to use them. I didn't have the drain done. The thing with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was that you need to pay for their service call which I did and it would have been applied to the work but I did not use them. I think he was very professional. He was punctual. I didn't have any other quotes to know how his pricing came in. The thing that I probably didn't like was the fact, and I knew in advance, it wasn't something I didn't know, was the fee to come out because most providers don't do that. If I had a plumbing problem I would certainly consider them. Especially with something major with drains and outdoor stuff because he seemed to know what he was talking about. He didn't really provide the service. He came out and whatever he did I would say it was an 'A'. I would say giving an estimate was an 'A'. He looked good. He was clean and in his uniform and that kind of things. Technically he didn't provide any service to me. I think he came out the same day or the next day so I would say very responsive. I would certainly consider him for future work but it is hard to know."

"I wish that they at least look through a camera to see what was clogging the drain. The team was nice, polite, and clean. But, the cost was a bit too much for just running the snake through the pipe, and not knowing the root cause of the problem. They need a camera!"

"They did removal of old broken-down encapsulation, redid, made air-tight, waterproofed, mold and mildew treatment, French drains on two sides, drained cinder blocks, filled holes left from previous drains and vents, installed new sump pump and dug in, leveled-the slanted area for proper drainage, installed new exterior drain, relieved 4" of standing water and established proper flow. PROFESSIONALS TO THE MAX!!! It's gorgeous and clean and brilliantly done. I can't say enough good stuff about Patrick and his crew! Even after traipsing in and out with wet, muddy old encapsulation materials and debris in the rain, they left my place in sparkling condition -- NO evidence of them ever having been there! No cig stubs (they don't smoke), no old drink bottles, not even a cleaning cloth. Swept, washed drive, vac'ed ramp, washed entry ladder. VERY knowledgeable. Not my first encapsulation and sump pump situation but by far THE BEST. Quality materials, good work ethic, a pleasure!"
