After 2 attempts, Derick fixed my plumbing issue, but he never came back to put the ceiling back on like he said he would. I messaged him to the point where I felt I was hounding him, but he kept saying he was too busy. Its been MONTHS. Months where I have had a big hole with visible pipes in my bathroom ceiling. I cannot recommend him.

"Hello, I told you your cast iron tub had a bondo substance, that someone had put laround the tub drains that I literally had to grind off to be able to repair. Hence the 2 attempts. Also you were not charged the second time we came out for a very small drip. As far as the sheetrock, we are a "Plumbing company" as we are listed on Home advisor where you found us for your plumbing problem. I told you the area needed to dry out because it had been leaking for a long time. When you asked if I would "finish the job" I clearly told you we were too busy to do that. So we ask you kindly, please remove your false review."

Derick responded on a Sunday afternoon at regular rates. A simple drain clog turned into a requirement to replace a hose bib and clear the drain vent from the roof downward. He had modern equipment and tools. This was an excellent experience performed by a knowledgeable professional. Extremely professional, reliable, versatile and displayed the utmost integrity. Paid great attention to detail, highly organized and always left the job site clean and orderly...5 stars all around! In addition to a total bathroom renovation they added an additional bathroom/laundry room including the installation of new hot water heater. Replaced windows and doors in sunroom which included replacing exterior vinyl siding and repairing faulty electrical and plumbing issues. I highly recommend 24/7 Home Pros!

I have been in this area for 13 years. It seems from my perspective, Service Industry business is lacking in quality of work, honesty , integrity and just plain showing up for the job! What a shame ! However, I discovered a "diamond in the rough!" Derick and his team were awesome! Punctual, honest, clean, excelllent quality of work, and priced very well. Imagine that! Work performed: Replaced pipes, clean line, adjusted pressure tank and explained everything. Use this company,,, you won't be disappointed.
