"SCORE If I could give this family company 6 STARS I would. HVAC PROBLEM IHVAC system would not turn on. PROFESSIONALISM 10/10 - Andy has a friendly and professional attitude to his work. Very knowledgeable answering all my questions and making suggestions on how best to preserve my HVAC system. PRICE Very reasonable and fair. TRUST Trust is always a thing with me. I have encountered people in the past that have scammed me for money making a small job into a mountain just for the extra money. Andy is not like that at all. He showed me where the problem was on my HVAC which turned out to be an easy fix but could have easily scammed me had he been a different person. - it shows this man to has INTEGRITY. "Chose Brothers via Angi to determine our heat pump problem. Their assessment led us (given it's age) to decide to replace the system. I obtained multiple quotes and Brothers was priced the best. They promptly installed a new system. All of the guys involved like Matt, Andrew, Shawn & Jamal (forgetting the electrician and another tech guys name, but they all) did an excellent job. "There were several members of the Herron HVAC team that came out during a two day period this past week. The rainy weather did not make their working conditions any easier, but they were very professional and knowledgeable. They tracked down a leak in one of my A/C coils, determine its exact location using a dye, and then repair it, reinstall the proper refrigerant and operationally test the system. The Herron team also "system checked" my oil furnace unit. This A/C problem had been plaguing my Southern comfort, no reference to booze here, for about three years. But, thanks to the professionalism, competence and dedicationJack of Colt Herron and his guys, and gals, the system is functioning as if it were brand new! Thank you Colt! Thank you Herron HVAC!!!"
