"Good communication, professional quality work, didn't push to sell useless extended warranties that never seems to cover the reasons for the repairs. 1930's bungalow style home approx 1000 square feet always dependant on monitor heater or window unit air conditioning, either way cold in winter and hot in summer, very comfortable climate control now year round, no worries of running out of fuel for heat and cost wise very reasonable price."
