I received TOP NOTCH professionalism along with overly pleasing customer service. Not to mention a great personality in Alfred. He was ready to work with all the necessary tools while being efficient performing the task. He called before arrival and cleaned up after his departure. When questions were asked he was very polite in his response. I was so pleased and satisfied with my service and definitely will be using them for all my electrical needs. Kudos, for having a five star rated company!

Bob was friendly and very helpful. Although we got off to a rough start (arrived a day later than originally scheduled) got right to work and got things done quickly and cleanly.

Very professional and hardworking. The tech was extremely professional and even took the time to explain the differences in fluorescent ballasts and bulbs to me. He repaired 4 lights and installed 2 ceiling fans for us. Very satisfied customer! Thank you for your help.

Ben came down, listened to my explanation, asked a few questions, and went about troubleshooting the problem. He took about an hour and finally deduced where the issue originated. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Pleasant, courteous, and professional!

On-time, professional, competent. Installed two GFI's and rewired a breaker in our box. They asked me several times if I was satisfied with what they were doing and if I need anything else. Kept their number and I will call again if I need any electrical work done. I did not think the charge was unreasonable.

Great work but costly

They were late. Called thirty minutes after scheduled appointment time to say they would be an additional thirty minutes late.

Al the technician was very professional. Kept me informed on his arrival, great quality of work and cleaned up after the installation. Definitely use them again.
