For the pre-drywall inspection Daniel made sure "The Bones are Good" on this new house. By sheer luck, he was finishing his walkthrough when the builder was showing up and Daniel pointed out some major things, even before his offical report was written up, and is one of the main reason why many issues were addressed before our drywall went up. After we got our Certificate of Occupancy, once again, Daniel came out right away and wrote up another thorough report that pointed out even more issues. Dan was great at communicating with us throughout the process and the inspection was very thorough.

He was very knowledgeable and even in a short walk through the house noticed things that had not been included on a previous inspection and he was really just assessing the deck. Very helpful.
