"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

The hardwood floors in the bedrooms, quartz countertop in the kitchen, and 17’ X 20’ sunroom were professionally installed in an efficient and effective manner. "Technician (Moe) was professional and prompt throughout the process.  Moe diagnosed the issue as part of an air conditioning maintenance appointment and returned the following week to install the new evaporator coil.  He was able to quickly and effectively replace the evaporator coil.  Moe provided clear information on the nature of the problem and also let me know that I should look into a class action lawsuit against the manufacturer of the evaporator coil (Lennox) to try to get some of the labor cost refunded.  (the part was covered under warranty)  Although there was an accidental oil spill on the porch concrete in carrying out the old coil, Moe tried various cleansers and worked hard to clean up the spill and was quick to point out the issue to me..  I appreciated his honesty and professionalism.  I would definitely use Yellow Dot again.

"Hargrove's did a good job of removing and replacing the roofing on my home. They arrived at the scheduled time and were completed in 2 days. They were not as organized at the start as I would have liked, ie not enough tarps to protect Heating and Air units and to control trash, but were efficient and steady so the work went well.  Overall, I was satisfied with the job and would use Hargrove's again for any home improvements. The crew was pleasant to deal with and worked hard to make the job go smooth.

"Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."
