My Mom had a problem with her gas pack unit heat not regulating the temperature in her house. We called Prostar Services Inc. Brian was there in about an hour to help us out. He checked everything thoroughly and found under the house the ductwork was depleting. The heat was going under the house instead of inside. He made his recommendation for new ductwork and was there to get the ductwork replaced in a couple of days. Now her house is nice and comfy with the heat. This is a awesome company..he was there when he said he would be .best quote I got from Wilson..explain to me all about a routine check up and things I could do to make it last longer..very friendly and he actually care..I would suggest all least to get in touch with prostar
