"A Dry Pro team came out today and installed a "crawlspace drainage system". Jonathan the team leader, came to me first thing this morning with full specifications and scaled drawings of the project. We went over everything that was to be done and verified all the locations around the house. Edwin and Taylor the other team members got to work right away. Jonathan took beginning, unprocessed and completed photos and videos. The team cleaned up the worksite beautifully. While Taylor and Edwin finished loading the truck I went over the job and viewed the photos and videos Jonathan had taken. Sadly, my advice is to proceed with caution. I give 2-stars because they apparently still have the money to refund me, it could have been worse I suppose."

"Our experience What a nightmare This company was to deal with. Every step had issues from the wrong shape of the pool to the driveway that was majorly damaged and not fixed. They brought dirt in with broken glass and garbage in. We had to physically pick up the glass and trash so we could have the new sod. They left 6 feet of dirt in the yard that was starting to slide in the water. The project manager said that he wasn’t a project manager, so dealing with him was horrible. He was so rude all the time. He had no idea of what was happening. The workers would ask my husband what they were supposed to do and luckily he could communicate in Spanish. We managed the workers ourselves. What a nightmare and not worth it."

But the end result is great, and my floors no longer sag! They cleaned up under the crawl space and put down a new vapor barrier. I would definitely recommend, Joe and the team were responsive the whole time and kept me informed."
