A portion of crack in garage floor had dropped as well as a couple sections of driveway with many cracks. Driveway and garage floor level and all cracks filled. Garage floor and driveway are both over 25 years old. The work he did will allow me to not worry about replacement for many years. He knows his business and provides exceltional work. Very responsive when needed. He's honest about the project and his crew are hard working. He cares about his customers. Good work is always my #1 concern and and was not disappointed. Damage was causing floor sagging and instability in the foundation of the home. (It failed several inspections). I was trying to sell the home and had to have the problem fixed. I had several estimates from general contractors in the Camden area. ALL of them wanted to fix the problem by going through the interior floors to get to the support beams. I did an online request to have an estimate from Canty Foundation. From the initial contact with William Yarbrough/Sales to the Onsite foreman Jonathan Driggers I was impressed. This is a 100 year old home and going thru the inside floors would have created damage that would have been difficult to fix. CANTY did all the work from the crawl space. They were professional and work was completed on time. The home passed all 3 inspections and I completed the sale. When you have a foundation problem I learned to call the experts. "Based on Angi?s list recommendation, I contracted Anthony for a new concrete garage foundation and driveway. He and his crew did an outstanding job of clearing trees, leveling land, and setting forms for the footer and slab, etc. He asked for extra funds for unusual circumstances on my land, which I gave him, trusting it would expedite the process. It didn?t. It rained for two months. Then Anthony said he needed surgery, and that he was getting out of the concrete business, but he would take care of me first. He never called me after that, and when I called about his surgery recovery progress, he still insisted he was going to finish my job. It was nine months after the contract date that I gave up on him. When I contacted him about refunding the extra funds, he said he would settle up with me. I have turned his debt over to God and hired someone else to finish the job. Anthony is good at what he does."
