"Our experience What a nightmare This company was to deal with. Every step had issues from the wrong shape of the pool to the driveway that was majorly damaged and not fixed. They brought dirt in with broken glass and garbage in. We had to physically pick up the glass and trash so we could have the new sod. They left 6 feet of dirt in the yard that was starting to slide in the water. The project manager said that he wasn’t a project manager, so dealing with him was horrible. He was so rude all the time. He had no idea of what was happening. The workers would ask my husband what they were supposed to do and luckily he could communicate in Spanish. We managed the workers ourselves. What a nightmare and not worth it."

"It was easy to schedule a consultation/estimate and they came out within days. Person doing estimate was not just a salesman. They were able to determine what was needed to resolve issues, did measurements, costing, time estimates, scheduling, etc. It was not the pushy sales pitch with finding a million things wrong that I expected. Very efficient process and I knew within hours what my options were and how quickly it could be fixed. They were able to schedule and complete repair within 2 weeks, would have been sooner but I had scheduling conflicts. Kept me informed all along the way with scheduling and work progress. Every employee I had contact with was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable in their role. Cleaned up all of their tools, trash, and work area after repair. Checked in with me multiple times to make sure I understood process of the repair and that I was happy afterwards.
