He assured me, my water heater did not need to be replaced, but another small tank did. He came back that same day and replaced that little tank, and brought in the part that was worn out, rusted and corroded to show me. He was pleasant, friendly, prompt and respectful. If I could rate this company higher than a 5 it would definitely deserve it. I'm sure I'll use them again and recommend them to my family and friends. "

We would have been better off just to keep our money in our pocket and just wet-vac the water out when we have heavy rain. NO,WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR THEIR SYSTEM. We are basically screwed out of $7500."
