"Fixed heating element quickly. Made appointment with service professional to do other work on dishwasher.On the day of our appointment, service professional noticed pump was leaking. Fortunately our home warrenty covered that, repair was authorized and completed  in a timely manner. My husband and I are quite pleased with the work that was done and the professionalism of the service man (Mike) Would use this company again in a heart beat. Very happy to learn that ARS also does plumbing and electrical. Weâ ve already used Plumber Alan to fix a toilet problem. Electrician Shane installed a whole house surge protector, installed surge protectors on both ACs and both air handlers, and installed a plug at the electrical box for a power generator. Electrician Bill followed up to investigate why certain lights flicker when the clothes washer agitates. All three gentlemen were professional, friendly, and clearly described how they would help us. The PROS Club reduced our costs and helped us receive help sooner. My husband passed away and I knew that there was a bad place in 2 bathroom floors. Knew there were cracks in walls. It was like opening a can of worms in my 43 year old house. Mr. Gilbert (owner) and Mr. Daniels walked me through each repair and also what I wanted to remodel in order to sell my home. They were honest and consulted with me each day.
