Despite being in the midst of their busy season, I got a quick response to my request for an estimate and an honest and fair assessment of the job. I even added the rock and sod request after the initial patio discussion and Jonathan came all the way back out to measure without complaint. I think it was during this visit that he noticed the large puddle at the edge of the road in front of my house, and offered to fix that as well! They showed up when they said they would, did an amazing job, and even checked that my sprinkler system was working properly before they left. Mr. Hernandez was thorough with the consultation - being very open and clear on the work he would recommend and how the work would be done. H&H was at the top of my list based on the consultation. So I was surprised when H&H was also an incredibly fair price for the work. The crew showed up every day they said they would and was always on time. They put in long hours each day and cleaned up each day. In the end, I am thrilled with the work H&H did - all around - quality of the job, price, communication, timeliness, professionalism. I called Jonathon for an estimate after initially hiring someone else to do the job. The previous person started working on my yard seven weeks prior (still wasn't finished) and the patio/yard was a disaster. Jonathon came out the following day and got me on the schedule within a couple of weeks. He and his staff had to completely redo what had been done and they completed the work in less than two days (patio and plants). They were professional, efficient and communicated with me throughout the process. I immediately recommended him to my neighbor who hired him as well. I wish I had hired him initially as he was a pleasure to work with and did an excellent job!

I contacted the company and they were easy to schedule with, they provided a competitive quote. They charged a fee to come out and do an inspection but they provided me with a written / emailed estimate along with pictures from under the home and a written report of the crawlspace inspection.

I usually support locally owned businesses, however, phone communication difficult and no responses via email. Had equipment issues with aerator, once repaired came back after recommended date to complete for year to be effective, did not explain such to us, appeared more interested in payments than service.
