Saul Martinez Professional Painting

Perfect! Saul and his team were the most professional folks I have dealt with. Efforts were well coordinated and everyone worked diligently, no wasted time. After having my house painted I was so pleased that I had them return to do my two garage floors. My neighbor was so impressed with the work they did on my house he immediately got a quote and had his done - he has told me he was blown away by the job they did.

Although the price to repair exceeded the original estimate, there was no way of knowing just how bad the rot underneath the trim had gotten. His crew not only showed me how extensive it was, they only charged me a nominal amount to do the job properly. This is a highly professional and ethical small group of workers that even replaced damaged hardiplank even up at 35 ft (well out of site). However many stars I can give them is what they get. PLEASED.

I met Saul, the owner, outside the residence of another job he was performing and was immediately interested in hiring him for my house. Extremely responsive and made scheduling very easy. Showed up on time as expected for each visit. He personally supervised all workers and showed me work in progress as they worked to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. First visit was exterior only and follow up was for interior painting of every room. Even fixed a little bit of drywall patching at no charge because HE wasn't happy with how it looked. Very trustworthy, we didn't stay home while they were working and they were very respectful of the home and our pets. We would highly recommend.

Excellant from start to finish. Saul came out to give us an estimate first. Was punctual and professional.
On the day the work was done, he showed up with his crew when he said he would. They worked hard and finished in a very timely manner. They were very neat and cleaned up well. When they first arrived, they put a drop cloth all the way down my hallway to the room they were painting so they did not dirty the carpet.Would highly recommend Saul and would definately use him again if we have a need for more painting.

Always has been good, even in rehab homes. Do's: get references...he does a lot of high end homes and you will most likely get great reports.

Saul showed up on time to provide an estimate. Professional - no pressure on discussing options (what paint to use, whether or not to include gutters, etc.). The crew showed up on the agreed to date, worked full days and worked on Saturday to finish the job. The team pressured washed, then painted and re-screened porch. They found a few dry rot places and fixed those for an additional (reasonable) costs. Other estimates would not address dry rot and would run the risk of delaying the job while I found a carpenter on my own. They crew also did a great job on the porch - some other estimates wanted to just paint the exterior and avoid all the spindles of the rails on the porch - this team removed the screens, painted every where and re-did the screens. It did cost additional but was a reasonable price. This crew's price was competitive with other estimates that did not include the porch screens.
