Best basement waterproofing pros near Alamance, NC

"They are very professional and honest! We had water intrusion into basement from wall during recent heavy rain storm. I contacted Falcone (they were on recommended service provider list of our subdivision) and Sharese got back to me very quickly. Communication was very smooth and professional as she scheduled me for an inspection. The technician Walter was friendly and did a professional inspection, after which he determined that the issue is the gutters dumping water on the ground by the basement. He didn't recommend any work be done in the basement. I truly appreciated his professionalism and honesty. If I ever have issues with the basement, I will call Falcone in a heartbeat! Thank you!"

"Ken, Gerry & Malik finalized the waterproofing issue in my basement. These guys were fabulous! Not only did they clean up the basement area very well but walked me through the scope of the project as well. I found them to be very knowledgeable and customer focused. My personal experience working with everyone at Tar Heel Basement Systems has been extremely positive and I recommend them highly."

"What a great company to work with!! Chris worked within my budget, and made sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it. He even saved the packaging so I could keep a record of exactly what was used for the moisture barrier. He took an entire truckload of garbage out from under my crawlspace. All this within my budget!"

"Great job from start to finish! Kevin was very thorough in his explanation of what was needed to resolve the water issue in my basement. Darryl and his crew were professional, personable, and efficient."

"Lane came out and listened to all our needs. He walked us through a very clear plan for our basement. They gave us a reasonable quote and were able to schedule us a few weeks later. It took them 2 days to do the work and it was done very professionally. The crew was extremely nice. They brought extra plastic to make sure all our belongings were covered. They even helped me move my washer and dryer! They made sure everything was clean and to our standards before they left. The whole experience has been great and I highly recommend them for whoever is having water issues in their basement or crawl space."

"Hands down one of the best contractors ever. Great prices and exceptional work! He will always have our business!"
