"We had a water leak going to the washing machine. We had to turn the main water line off and that left no water to the rest of the house. They came out on a Saturday night and had the leak fixed and water to the house in no time. Will definitely be calling them again."

"Jonathan power washed my house and a large patio. We just moved into a house near the river and it was covered with spider webs and tree sap and he did a great job. I highly recommend this young man."

"I hired Tina to come out last minute to clean two dirty bathrooms that desperately needed a deep clean. As I write this, she’s currently cleaning the second smaller bathroom. This wonderful woman took the time to ensure everything in the master bathroom was spotless. I was speechless. I truly am glad I found her and would recommend her to anyone!"

Toilets questions, answered by experts

DIY is not recommended for commercial settings due to safety and code compliance. Hire licensed professionals.

Most codes require 15 inches on either side of the toilet's centerline (from the wall or vanity) and at least 21 to 24 inches between the toilet and the wall in front of it. These codes ensure that your toilet is easy to use and access, even in small bathrooms. Check your local building codes for the exact measurements required.

Sealant doesn’t need to be applied to the bolts, but it can be a good way to stop an active leak in the moment. However, don’t rely on it as a cure-all; instead, make sure to fix the problem at the source by changing or tightening the bolts.

If you do use sealant, make sure to spread it thickly and evenly across the bolts and the tank's porcelain.

Installation costs range from $150 to $400, depending on toilet type and labor.

If your toilet is still leaking after replacing the toilet flapper, then you may not have installed the toilet flapper correctly. Double-check that you have placed the flapper over the overflow tube correctly, and check the flapper chain is at the right length. If your toilet is still leaking, then you may have another problem on hand. For example, you may need to replace the toilet wax ring or replace the toilet fill valve if your toilet is wobbly and leaking from around the base.
