They fixed the hot water heater saving me a replacement. . Toilet repair was a bit expensive but that’s what I get for not knowing how to fix toilets.

Did great repair work but didn’t show up on time and never called to tell me. I had to call them. Tracked mud in house but did offer to sweep it up but I did it myself

I had a drain that had been slow for months gradually getting worse. I had done all I knew to do. A few months earlier, I had called a different plumber who had put in some drain cleaner, charged $200, and would not return my calls when it stopped again later that afternoon. Ray Miller's men used a plumber's snake and unstopped it quickly and it is still flowing well, a week later.

Took two weeks of rescheduling and cancelled appointments before servicemen finally showed up. Work was performed adequately and at a decent cost. But there's no excuse for this level ounprofessionalism. I will not be using his services again.

On time, full crew, worked hard. This is an old, 2 story house, lots of stairs, quirky spaces, and challenged floors. In and out in a few hours, very professional. The sink had a small leak I noticed later, no questions, immediate response; and no more leak. I will call on them again.

I did not receive any contact from the company to schedule the work to completed. I spoke with Ray Miller and scheduled for someone to come out today. They did finally show up, however they did not accept the order number or coupon code stating they did not know about the purchase of the Big Deal. They also stated that maybe Angie's List is "doing these deals for themselves". I told him that they couldn't be doing that because it would be against the law. They did not accept the deal and I ended up paying them directly for the work to be completed.

"The reason we did not come sooner is because we had no knowledge of your purchase. I was expecting a call when a purchase was made and did not get one. I have plans to work with my account manager on this problem as soon as possible. I also looked on the Big Deal coupon and it was for a service call. The 2 hour coupon is not the same. I take part of the blame for this because I should have followed up with my account manager. I also failed to inform the men about the Big Deal coupons. Please read your coupon again and if you have any questions call Angies List. I am refunding you the 85.00 you paid Angies List so you will not lose what you paid for the coupon. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Thank You, Judy Miller"

We had what I would consider the worst possible plumbing nightmare. We had a leak underneath our concrete slab. Ray Miller Plumbing came in and isolated the initial leak. They came back and began demolition to get to the pipe. In doing so they had to move from the initial location, our front bathroom, into our hallway. Honestly I never thought I would hear jackhammers being used inside my home. They found what turned out to be one of two leaks and repaired it. However upon further inspection we realized that was not the only one. Bottom line what initially began as a two day job in one room ended up taking five days and effecting my master, utility room and back porch.
They were always professional, courteous, and genuinely cared for our house and our well being. They fixed the leaks, put everything back for our use AND honored their original estimate on the work involved. I was absolutely blown away. If I ever have plumbing issues in the future I will certainly call on Ray Miller Plumbing.
