They didn't do a very good job. The tub is not leveled correctly so the water just stands and doesn't drain properly. There are gaps in the wall where you can see through to the next room when standing in the shower. The shower surrounds are crooked and the tub is not really fastened down like it should be. Also they scratched the tub and it looks like a large burn mark. They borrowed our tools and they didn't have any nails or screws. They tried to charge us for our own dirt. When they tried to charge us an extra $400 over what they quoted us, I had to lock them out of our house because they were starting to get physical and they were cursing at me because I wouldn't pay the extra money. My wife almost called the police and I had to slide the check under the door. The tub is leaking into the foundation. We have to put a bucket under the tub to catch the water that leaks.
8/31/2015 Update: Apparently, they punctured a hole in the tub and the shower surround is not properly installed. I have had their work inspected by other contractors and the job has to be redone. The drain pit was filled with field dirt instead of sand and insects and rodents can get into the house because it is not sealed off with tar or concrete as they had agreed to do. Also this will cause mold. The drain plug will not work and the whole job is a big mess. Very unprofessional. We are hiring another contractor to replace the tub and install a new one..
