Grant was hired to rebuild a boat dock on a lake. He surveyed the job, planned the job and started exactly when he promised. He discovered a lot of rotten wood when he took up the old dock and adjusted his plans accordingly. He got into the water wearing waders to complete the work. The dock and cleanup were completed a day early. I glad to recommend his company for your next project!

Grant McCord is one of the finest and most dedicated plumbers we have experienced. He picked up and installed two commodes and bidets and did not leave until everything met his and our standards and had everything functioning as it should before he left. Because ours is an older house with some of the attendant issues that older houses have, including ceramic tile and insufficient receptacles, it was important to preserve the tile without damages, and Grant and his assistant fulfilled that very professionally. His knowledge of his craft assured us that installation of the somewhat larger fixtures for these small spaces was possible; upon completion, everything fit well, and the space didn't even seem diminished. If you need someone skilled, knowledgeable, determined...just an all-around professional, Grant McCord is the one for the job.

I met with Mr. McCord and we discussed what I wanted in the dog shed. He explained how by changing the size just a few feet that he could saved me money before with my sizing, he would have a good bit of waste. Also, I didnt want the dogshed built under the trees and , thus, I needed a way to have two opposite sides to be raiseable. This would allow me to regulate the air flow and keep my dogs cool. He also suggested that bringing in dirt and getting the floor of the shed about a foot higher than the surrounding yard would keep theshed dry. He did such a great job! He and his help worked long and during hot October and finished in a short time. i am so pleased with every single thing that they did. They were polite to explain what ever they were working on at that moment. My favorite about the new shed is that Mr. McCord made the north/ south sides with a mechanism that allows me to raise or lower the sides in a matter of minutes with a manuel pulley. *****

Grant was very professional. He came out, looked at project, suggested options for fixing/improving, and returned a detail quote in a timely manner . Grant started project on the day he said he was going to and actually completed project before the deadline. My project was done successfully and in a timely manner and was professionally done.
