Don't ever use. He did less than half the work, but "forgot" the main tool for the job. I was a fool & paid him because we had talked for a few hours & he said he'd be back in the morning. He never intended on coming back. He's a liar & a thief!

Watson knew of my need to get the limbs out of the tree.  He also represented that he would clean up the mess caused by cutting the limbs. After several hours of work by a few men and a lot of sitting around by several others, one of his men called me outside to check out their work (Watson was not on site).  Unfortunately for me, from where I was standing, I could not see that they had left one of the limbs dangling over the roof and so I paid them. I later also realized that they had just piled all the dead limbs on the backside of my fence out of sight. They also did a poor job of the clean up of their mess.  I repeatedly called Watson and he represented that he would come make it right.  He has never showed back up and if he does come again, he will be reported for trespassing.

Mr. Watson was recommended by a respected neighbor. I'll keep this relatively short. He was very fast-talking and eager to do business, calling on me at home one night before I called him (he had heard I needed someone); I told him it was not a good time to talk and I would call him. I did, later, and he gave me an estimate of $375 plus materials to: prune back very large azaleas and a camellia; scrape, prime and paint my front porch and front foundation concrete; replace a missing slat in a metal awning; and touch up some white paint on some woodwork. He showed up the next morning; needed $75 immediately for supplies. I told him to bring receipts and gave him the check. I left for work. I came home at lunch unexpectedly to find one hapless "helper" painting - it had just been raining. My neighbor said he had been asking if I had a ladder. The helper told me that Don had brought a gallon of paint that was the wrong color (the helper had no transportation). I looked at the work - the yard work was fine, the painting - fair, not great. The awning had been fixed by some sort of adhesive double-sided reflective tape - bad. The gutter had not been repaired at all. Long story, many calls short - Don assured me he'd take care of everything. He did not. Two days later, no Don, and I walked on the porch, only to have paint pull off on my sock feet. Another call. Excuses, he'd take care of it. On closer inspection, the painter had gotten grey paint on the white porch trim, spilled it on the concrete and apparently used my hose, as there was grey paint on the nozzle. Finally, today - six days later - his work is not repaired and I have not gotten any refund of money. I called him today and told him to please not come back, that between repairing the awning and repainting the porch and fixing the gutter, I had enough to fix without him doing anything else. I told him I needed at least half my money refunded (but don't really expect that). He left me with unfinished repairs and a gallon of grey porch paint that is a completely wrong and usuable color. I never got any receipts except one for $25. Whether he even used the primer he told me he would, I have no idea. He was pushy, eager to get the job and be paid, and totally unconcerned about doing a good job or making it right when I was not satisfied. DO NOT USE DON WATSON. His card says Watson Tree Service and Pressure Wash / Painting/Landscaping/ DONALD/Manager. His phone is 601-665-0040 or 601-665-0059. I've chalked this one up to a bad experience, and would rather finish the work myself and do it right than have this man on the property again to work.
