"Recently had a screen room built by Decks, Etc. Couldn't be more pleased with the final product. I don't expect everything to go perfect, but I judge a business by the finished product and how they react to an issue. I had real problem with the door. I asked the owner to come look. They agreed with the issue and offered me an upgrade at no additional costs. That is REAL customer service. I was also impressed with the responsiveness of the owner. we communicated via text. Always got an answer within the hour even after normal business hours. I have told the owner they give my name as a reference any time."

"It went just great.I had originally contacted someone else about doing this work and they said they thought Wayne and his business would be better suited to handle the job.So I checked him out on Angie's List and contacted him.He came out and looked at what needed to be done and let me know the price and day he would do it.I did not have to be home for any of it.The chimney looks brand new and the the shingle replacement looks great.
