"Recently had a screen room built by Decks, Etc. Couldn't be more pleased with the final product. I don't expect everything to go perfect, but I judge a business by the finished product and how they react to an issue. I had real problem with the door. I asked the owner to come look. They agreed with the issue and offered me an upgrade at no additional costs. That is REAL customer service. I was also impressed with the responsiveness of the owner. we communicated via text. Always got an answer within the hour even after normal business hours. I have told the owner they give my name as a reference any time."

"We were very satisfied with the work. Shain is well qualified, prompt. and courteous. Additional time and work was required to make things look perfect in our historic home, and still came in on estimate. Shain and crew also performed cleanup after each work day, which wasuch appreciated.
We will use Shain again on future projects soon! He is a very good craftsman and the work us fairly priced.
