"Hired for a million dollar roofing / patio repair in a 13 unit hi-end townhome community -always MIA on the job site. Our HOA board has threatened legal action due to slow progress. We are nearing 7 months in what should be a 3 month project- and we are only at 50% completion. -did not put a tarp down during a rain storm, causing water intrusion in 4 units -caused damage to 5 of 13 units during first month of project -refused to pay for matching carpet in my home to make me whole for damage caused by his negligent employees. Costing me over $3,000.00 to me-the home owner all while promising to cover all costs. Stay away. Owner Jeremy Britton is dishonest!"

"I called RL Roofing concerning a leak around my electric range roof top vent, on June 4, 2025. I told them that I needed the work done within the coming week. They asked me if I could text them a photocopy of the shingles. I replied yes. The very next day, two roofers arrived and explained to me what needed to be done, gave me an acceptable quote and my leak was finished in about an hour to my satisfaction...with a one-year warranty. They also suggested that I add additional ventilation to my roof top because of the extreme heat buildup in my attic.
