My wife and I purcheded our wonderful new house in 2003 and after 16 plus year of living in our home we committed to a complete remodel. Our home had many great fearures; split plan, open high ceilings, large laundry room, wonderful storage, built ins, however we had been dreaming of converting the entire home from a traditional achitectual to a stylish and sophiticate Millan design. We wanted over the top goumet kitchen with cloud ceilings, remove load bearing walls to open up the area, sub-zero appliances, the best custom cabinets designs utilizing no pulls and robotics to even open the cabinets simply by touch. The the bathrooms where the be gutted and relocate every thing to make for an open design with optimal layout including 60 SQ ft custom shower out fired with custom design bench's, Digital controlled shower including 9 shower heads, addition wands and even builtin head in ceiling. You get the idea of the design, open spaces where "less is more" and all high finishes driven by high tech. Every foot of our home was to transformed into a surreal and inviting luxurios space not commonly found in Mississippi. We put our plans out for bid and selected a GC "Gary XXXX" based on price and referrals. After 5 long months we expericed poor communication, sub par work and then the contractor quite showing up after a large advance. We where mortified by the unprofessionalism. At this point my wife and I doubled down and decided we need a company that would not only address every item the prior contractor did not correctly address but to manage our project in a professional manor with highly skilled craftsman. In steps Jeremy's Perfect Finish. It was amazing to work with their staff. From quoting, to the final touchups they delivered the transformation as my wife and I had envisioned. Our project included structural, demo, framing, new high end HVAC, electrical, foundation, plumbing, custom sheetrock finishing, trim/finish carpentry, flooring, replacement of all doors and windows, and a stellar paint job. By starting off with a GC we spent more than we should have but thanks to Jeremy's team we completed our project pretty close to budget. We learned that there are a lot of bad tradesmen in the market but thankfully we found Jeremy's Perfect Finish or our home may have never gotten completed as envisioned

I found Gary Sanders on Angie’s List. After reading his reviews, I asked him to quote me on a list of house repairs I needed help with. He responded promptly and offered a free consultation. As soon as hew saw the problems, he had an immediate understanding of what was wrong and how to repair the problems. I appreciated his strong attention to detail, knowledge, experience and confidence. I received a quote from him through email. He showed up with two other workers and gave my house his full attention. Every morning he called around 8am to let me know that they were on the way. They arrived early and stayed full days until the work was completed. This included extensive patchwork of sheetrock and painting the entire interior of a 1,000 sq ft guest house. His quote included cost of all supplies and he provided everything, including paint swatches. He also made repairs on my deck, replacing boards that were rotting or becoming unstable. This required more than we originally realized and Gary did a great job of explaining and updating me about the need for price adjustments to accommodate costs of materials and labor. They also put new caulk around a bathtub/shower, adjusted shutters and doors so they would not stick, and repaired a leaky roof. Clean up after each completed job was impressive and greatly appreciated. All of the work was done professionally and efficiently by three of the nicest guys ever. I am beyond pleased with my experience with Gary and his crew and will be hiring them again in the future for more house repairs

Exactly as planned. Gary and his team had done previous work for us so there was no hesitation in hiring them again for this job. Doors were ordered and installed as planned.

We had a few minor communications problems that were resolved quickly and with good humor. The work was done efficiently. The workmen were at all times professional, well informed and good humored. . If they had questions or problems they asked and communicated both with Chris (the owner) and with my wife. Everything was handled professionally and the work done with skill. I will definitely by using them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chris and his crew

This work took about 4 weeks to complete with Christmas and New Years in the middle. Plus Chris had to wait for Lowes to get the last little bit of tile in. Chris was great about scheduling around my work, the holidays, and material availability. And the other thing that Chris was great about was my designing on the go. I did change my mind a few times, and Chris was really great about going with the flow. I find it hard to have folks in my house for extended periods of time, and while the experience was somewhat stressful, it was bearable. I had three dogs that I worried about getting loose, but Chris and his helper were great with the dogs and there were no disasters. So overall, I love my new closet, really really love my new Kitchen and feel safe now with new front steps that are deep enough to walk on (the first step of my old stairs was too short and too steep and I always felt unsteady). Chris was great about the stairs - especially since the first paint washed right off and he had to repaint the whole front stairs and porch. Chris also had to install kitchen cabinet hinges, door handles and drwaer knobs twice (first time I completely picked the wrong color and they were awful - tip for all - do not use stainless with yellow cabinets). The bronze hardware he installed the second time is beautiful - see pix. As I have read from other female writers, I did get a bit tired of cleaning up every day after work was complete - but in the big picture, this was a small price to pay for how flexible Chris was - for his good ideas - his thoughtful care of my home and my pets - and his willingness to fix anything to my satisfaction. Renovations make messes, and it is not for wimps! You have to deal with the anxiety of folks in your space making a mess. It takes a mess to get something peautiful in the end. My taste is not everyones, but I love my colorful remodel. And I will definitely have Chris work for me in the future!!

Chris Allen was straight forward. Many people in construction related businesses will tell you one thing and do another, will tell you they will be there just to put off a little longer . Chris did not do this , but was straight forward and honest from the start. Those people do these things becasue they must keep thier crew working and are trying to juggle jobs and jobs often take longer than expected. (just part of the nature of the industry) they mistakenly think they have to say the "right" thing to the customer. What these lies do in truth is to erode customer satifaction and trust. Chris Allen did none of this. As silly as the subject may seem, this often has so much to do with peoples fructration with builders. Chris understands this and does what he says he will do. The jobsite is kept reasonably clean, the work is done correctly, and the fellow is available. My only hesitation of giving the boy too good a review is I want him to be available in a few months when I am ready for the next thing on the list

They did a great job and gave me good advice and guidance on this project. The kitchen remodel included: new custom cabinets upper and lower, new ceiling, repaired some electrical issues, drywall, stained my concrete floors in kitchen, dinning room, and entryway and laundry room, painted cabinets, painted wall, painted in kitchen, dinning room, entry way and laundry room and hall; Replaced a door, light fixtures, sockets, door knobs, I bought the appliances and counter tops and they were there to install or supervise installation. I bought my back splash and they installed that. There were one or two minor issues after the work was done but they cam ASAP to correct the problems. My kitchen looks wonderful a real transformation. As funds come available I will have them continue to use them to get the rest of my home looking as great as my kitchen and dinning room

Chris Allen of CA Construction is really very pleasant to work with as are his subcontractors. It went extremely well. I would certainly contact them for any future construction projects. They are very friendly, competent, polite and thoughtful as they do their work.

I found Chris on Craigslist. I was under the gun and trying to get repairs done so I could put my house on the market ASAP. I told him I had a long to-do list and he was game to tackle it all. Chris was punctual, professional and did quality work. He's someone I will definitely rely on in the future
