I am a owner/operator business. Although my passion is custom tile showers there is a very wide range of services i provide. Such as all types of: flooring, roofing, exterior siding, water drainage, plumbing, landscaping, pool maintenance, hedge triming, fencing, concrete, stone, electrical, dirt work, operate any heavy equipment, carpentry, weilding. I have been in construction work since i was a child, my grandfather was a home builder and taught me most everything i know. I am a perfectionist, i cant sleep at night knowing i cut a corner earlier that day. With that said, good work doesnt come cheap,but at the end of the job my main concern is the customers overall satisfaction!

"Where to start? First, I would rate him zero out of 5 if I could. This problem I?ve had since February and he refuses to contact me or get back in touch with me for a problem he created. I will never hire this person again because he is so unprofessional. My tankless water heater has been malfunctioning?. The hot water turns cold after a few minutes?. Both in the shower and when washing dishes. I don?t like taking a cold shower, and I bet Cody wouldn?t be happy about taking a cold shower every day. This happens EVERY TIME I get in the shower. Cody has been contacted several times. When he did respond, he said he would try to contact the store where he purchased it. I received no update. Another time when he responded, he said he would try to contact the manufacturer. Still no update. Now he won?t respond at all! I?ve gotten several people to contact him as well and he will respond once or twice then nothing after that. This is so unprofessional and should be rectified asap!"

Look this guy up, he just robs people and seemingly gets away with it. Also seems to do shoddy work. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Willing to rip off older people as well. Is he still in the area? No, you should avoid using liquid drain cleaners. These chemicals, often packed with sulfuric or hydrochloric acid, can wreak havoc on your pipes, causing erosion and potential leaks. They’re also dangerous to your health. If you’re dealing with a stubborn clog, manual removal or a professional plumber is your best bet. Chemical drain cleaners can often make things worse, especially if the clog stays put and the chemicals linger in your pipes.

In many cases, homeowners insurance can and does cover water leaks. If your plumbing is leaking because of an unexpected accident or breakdown, your policy likely covers the cost to remediate the problem. But if you simply haven’t been keeping up with appliance and fixture maintenance, you may not be able to get reimbursed for the repair.

Your homeowners insurance may also cover a water leak from your roof, particularly if the leak was caused by storm damage. If the leak stems from simple wear and tear on your roof—that is, your roof is old, and it’s about time to replace it—homeowners insurance likely won’t help.

Some basement toilets use an air admittance valve instead, which is a small vent located in the wall directly behind the toilet that extends upward a few feet from the drain.
