I Mounted my kitchen cabinets and Iâ m no professional. I did the best job that I could but when they came to install the granite countertops, I did not have them level enough and the wall behind the countertops was not very straight so they took the granite back off the counter and reworked the backside right there at the house, and they made it fit beautifully. They also only charged me $150 for the additional labor which was a great deal. They were also willing to work with customer supplied granite, which most companies would not. From the first phone call after my finding them on Angieâ s list to the Day of the installation theyâ re a completely professional company, and I would certainly use them again. I would highly recommend this company, and I am not in They are a completely professional company they left zero mess at the house and I would certainly use them again. I would highly recommend this company, and I am not an easy guy to please

Stepp by Stepp did an excellent job of installing my quartz countertops from my first contact with Amber till the installers said goodbye. They are professional and efficient and made a few adjustments that made the project turn out even nicer than I expected.

My experience with them was so, so wonderful and we are beyond happy with our granite! Amber was so responsive and patient, they met us and helped us get the very high-demand granite that we wanted, they were very reasonably priced, and the technicians were always early to the job site and extremely kind! They even helped answer general care questions and gave helpful hints. We had a wonderful experience and I hope more people will use them, they are very hard working, honest people and we are grateful to have used them!

We were still living in another State when we purchased our home that needed some updating. We were confident enough to give the owner a key, and although we were far away; when we finally saw our new home-Step by Step had done an amazing job on the granite and marble they installed in our kitchen and on the fireplace surround.

They were awesome! We visited their site, and chose our stone one week, by the end of the next week our countertops were installed! We had previous counter tops installed by a big box company, but they did a horrible job. Step by Step was a Godsend! They removed the other countertops and installed the new ones in less than 1 week!! Thank you so much for making our bathroom beautiful! I would l highly recommended them! Countertops are so close to the oven I can t move it. Dishwasher is all out of whack. They came in and had the old one pulled and new one installed really fast. They could have gone over some ideas for the appliance issues.
