"Where to start? First, I would rate him zero out of 5 if I could. This problem I?ve had since February and he refuses to contact me or get back in touch with me for a problem he created. I will never hire this person again because he is so unprofessional. My tankless water heater has been malfunctioning?. The hot water turns cold after a few minutes?. Both in the shower and when washing dishes. I don?t like taking a cold shower, and I bet Cody wouldn?t be happy about taking a cold shower every day. This happens EVERY TIME I get in the shower. Cody has been contacted several times. When he did respond, he said he would try to contact the store where he purchased it. I received no update. Another time when he responded, he said he would try to contact the manufacturer. Still no update. Now he won?t respond at all! I?ve gotten several people to contact him as well and he will respond once or twice then nothing after that. This is so unprofessional and should be rectified asap!"

We are now told that we are beyond warranty after the last treatment on 8/16. We started the service back on 6/19. And now after a $625 charge, we still have moles. These folks may be very effective in other areas, but if you need mole removal, this company definitely doesn’t have the solution."

The normal water level in a toilet bowl is about halfway full. The water should sit above the P trap drain because this creates a seal and suction. When you flush the toilet, the suction keeps sewer gases from entering your house through your toilet. Anytime the water level is higher or lower than half full, you need to make adjustments or replace broken parts.

You can prevent pipes from bursting by taking several preventive measures. For example:

  • Keep your pipes from freezing when temperatures drop by setting your thermostat to 55 degrees or higher.

  • Open under-sink cabinets to allow warm air to flow around the pipes. 

  • Let faucets drip to keep water moving.

  • Add insulation to crawl spaces or pipes to keep them warm.

Adding a shower to a half bath transforms it into a three-quarter bath. Compared to converting a half bath into a full bath, this type of conversion is a more affordable way to add functionality and accessibility. This project can add around 5% to 6% to the value of your home, especially if you only have one full bathroom or your only shower is on an upper level. This is a common upgrade for a ground floor when homeowners are hoping to age in place.

A chipped bathtub could leak over time if you don’t take care of the issue. A tiny chip isn’t a big deal but may eventually grow into a larger crack.
