We had called other different companies and because of our limited time frame (closing on a house), he was the only one that could come out right away. He treated the walls and waterproofed the lower level wall in the house. By far he was the most affordable company we quoted and he was a very hard work. Honest guy. I want to share a small detail that I think shows Al's true color. One of the projects is Al installing a screen door for us. We agreed that if it takes more than 1 hour, he will charge more. On the next day, when I asked him how long it took him to finish the installation, Al told me exactly one hour. He could have told me longer and charged me more, but he didn't.
