"I live in an antebellum house, built in 1837. Over the past 175 years some of the bricks underneath the fireplace in the living room and gathering room had crumbled. The floor needed repairs and leveling. I contacted 4 companies to evaluate the problem and develop a solution. Luke Griffin, with Mr. Foundation, was the only person who actually went under the house and took pictures of the problem for us to see. We were able to see what was happening at the fireplaces. He then studied the problem and the next day offered us a solution. They came and installed steel beams with stainless steel jacks, leveled the floors and resolved the problem. I tell people an elephant now could jump up and down on the floors. Would I recommend Mr. Foundation?? 100%!!! And, FYI, their price was considerably less than two of the other companies."

Our tank was located under a deck so there was extra work involved for which he did not charge for. I was very impressed with the hard work put forth and he drained not only the wastewater but the sludge. This is important because there are others who will only pull off the wastewater and not the rest, so be certain who you choose. We chose well."

"Prompt and professional service, the crew were very friendly and polite, they completed the work as contracted in less than 4 hours. We had 3 beams and 9 jacks installed. They were careful to protect our hardwood floors and cleaned after installation. Our only criticism is the crew were not wearing masks and our door was frequently left open."

Said he was getting another surface cleaner to possibly do a better job. Never called. Never came back. I repeatedly called and left messages. I emailed him. He never responded.
