Our tank was located under a deck so there was extra work involved for which he did not charge for. I was very impressed with the hard work put forth and he drained not only the wastewater but the sludge. They were careful to protect our hardwood floors and cleaned after installation. Our only criticism is the crew were not wearing masks and our door was frequently left open."
