This company was timely in scheduling the initial inspection, prompt in e-mailing an estimate, and had the lowest estimate out of two we obtained. They showed up as scheduled, worked hard and were very professional. After the work was initially completed, we experienced a small "weeping" problem with the French drain system. They promptly came back out and made adjustments to the slope of the drain at no further cost. Six months, and several very heavy rains later, our basement remains completely dry. "This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. When Rob did I explained what I wanted done and why; he then explained to me what he thought should be done prior to doing the work I wanted.  Specifically he said it sounded like one of my down spout (the ceramic type) had broken and that sealing the gaps would only help so much and that I should get it 'scoped' and he could come back and do that as well when he did the other work.
Then explained what that work would involve and  quoted me a price for the work.
I happened to have a scope so I went ahead and did that, turns out he was right; three other people had come out to give me quotes and not one had caught the true cause of my problem (water coming into the basement)
Well that sealed the deal for me, (punny) and I had him come out and do the sealing that needed to be done and since I had two drains on that side just sealed that downspout up and stopped using it.
Clear, professional and concise; and saved me from worse damage and costlier repair.

"We worked with Jonathan. He was very professional and understood our concerns. He analyzed the situation and provided reasonable solutions, including various options for consideration. The bid was fairly priced. It took almost 4 months from the time of the estimate for the work to be completed.  This was partially due to our delay in accepting the bid, the number of jobs in their cue, and an excessive amount of rainy days which delayed work. So far we are pleased with the results. I did contact Jonathan with some questions this week, as our yard still has some wet, muddy areas. He was able to explain the variables at play, options to get us through the winter, and further work to consider having done. I appreciate his patience and ability to explain the situation and suggest options. I would recommend this company, and will continue to work with them on this and future projects.

"Tried to rush three days of work into two days, didn't work. Still waiting for someone to return and seal the discharge pipes. Felt like they sent labor ready guys to do the job, I expected at least the foreman to be seasoned. Nevertheless the young men worked hard within their skill set. If you are thinking of outdoor gutter drains just get a landscaper to do it. Overall looking at the quality of the work, for the price I would of got the same service from a less expensive company."
