My only complaint was that my appointment was scheduled between 9 and 11 AM and the technician didn't arrive until noon. They however did damage 1 paneling board - looks like an elbow went in it in two places, cracked the paneling in two areas, which is now visible - bent in and cracked. The inspector asked -why they changed the pipe - lead drain arm- behind the dishwasher, connecting the mission band when it wasn't listed as work needed- mission band was listed. I agreed with the p-trap needing changing in addition to the mission band, the lead drain arm replacement, which added plenty to cost, the plumbers told me was needed. I was notified of the $79 show-up to location charge -after- the appointment was scheduled and plumbers were on their way."
