"Recently, we had to have a 150 year old Oak Tree removed. The tree had an enormous canopy which provided shade for our patio and also kept the sun from shining directly into our family room. Once it was down, we realized we needed to look for a solution that would give the shade we needed. After researching several solutions, we called Innovative Shade Solutions to talk about an awning. Daveâ ¦owner of the companyâ ¦came out and detailed several approached to mitigating the issue. We decided on an awning that was approximately 13.5 ft. wide by 11 ft. deep. It had a motor to extend and retract the awning and also has a feature that will retract the awning ini strong wind gusts. The awning is beautiful and effective. Dave and his son did the installation personally. We couldnâ  t be more pleased as the project was delivered on time and is beautiful. Underpromised and overdelivered! By the wayâ ¦Rachelâ ¦Daveâ  s wife was wonderful to work with regarding shipping, delivery and installation. We strongly recommend Innovative Shade Solutions!"

"I hired them to trim my hedge, take out some patio ties and remove roots from the old plants. Also, they trimmed the lower branches from my trees. I was very pleased. They arrived on time and did a great job! I highly recommend them."

"I recently hired Miguel, he does a great job! My lawn looks good."

"It went very well. Tom did a great job designing a patio I never would have imagined in an otherwise useless area of our yard, helping to make more of our property functional. Tom did a great job putting up with all my questions and tweaks to the material and design, and in the end we essentially went with his original proposal, highlighting his judgement and experience with these types of projects. We have a few items to follow up with, but I will likely be using his services for future projects and landscape issues."

"The young men that put in my new gate,we're very nice, friendly and answered all my questions. They did an excellent job,and left NO mess.,and now I have hired the same company to build my new front porch.I can't wait!"

"Martinez is very professional, he is on time and he does very good work. Real nice guy too. Not the least expensive as well as not the most expensive proposal I received for my chimney, but still, a very reasonable price. Because of the fine work he did on my chimney, he is the only person I will call for any future masonry projects at my home. You will not be disappointed with his professionalism or his work."

"Chrystal, the office manager, was easy to reach and work with, the bid sheet for the deck and patio was concise and clear. All the work was done in a good time frame despite the rainy weather. Job site left clean. Thanks for a very good job and honest people"

If there was a problem, they problem-solved quickly. They made me feel as though mine was the only job they were working on. Bruce, Elizabeth, Shawn, and Jerry, all did an excellent job.
