"New concrete patio work was done very well. With the old patio, we used to have severe flooding in the basement every time it rained, but the new patio has fixed it to drain out and away from the house. We did run into a couple communication issues. The pandemic delayed the start of the project by about 6 months after we had already paid the deposit. The owner Mark helped us resolve, which was much appreciated. The crew cleaned up well and helped fix the fence too. We're glad the new patio fixed the flooding."

The other companies seemed to think the job was too small, overbid, or said they wouldn’t be available for several months. We then called out a structural engineer to evaluate the situation. Atlas Foundation was proposing exactly what the engineer suggested. Their proposal was also more complete and even included putting our decorative patio back to it's original condition, When work was scheduled, the team was punctual, friendly, and respectful of our property.
