"I am looking for privacy fencing for TWO rental properties. I told the rep I don't drive, she would have to look at and price everything while I was not there. The first house she said the gate did not open and left with out looking at the yard. Then the second house, she claims she could not find the address (of course I suggest she invest in a GPS). So..this company was definately NOT a good fit for the needs I required."

If you’re trying to decide between a sunroom and a screened-in porch, the right choice will depend on your priorities. A screened-in porch costs only a fraction of the price of a sunroom, but in exchange, it has much more limited use. Smaller sunrooms under 120 square feet provide a nice semi-outdoor sitting area, medium-sized sunrooms between 120 and 200 square feet can house an outdoor dining area and a small area for additional seating, and large sunrooms over 200 square feet can serve multiple purposes and even include an outdoor kitchen.

A Florida room doesn’t have insulation, nor is the space heated, so in most cases, the room won’t be comfortable enough to use during the winter months. A four-season room, which is like a Florida room that’s insulated, heated, and cooled, is a better option if you’re looking to enjoy your sunroom all year long.
