"We are in the queue to get the deck built, so I do not have a complete picture for rating. The Pre-build & Design Phases have been wonderful. The pricing is somewhat high, but I chose them for the perceived quality. We will see if the choice was correct. If you talk with them, make sure you ask about the extra cost items when they quote you the deck, like the "Boxing" on the stairs and lighting. In order to get the quality I wanted, I had to consider and add options during the design phase, which was after the contract was signed."

They were able to work with us on the fee to make it affordable to us as we really wanted to use this company. "My wrought iron porch railing was dangerously loose when I bought the house. Parts of it pulled up and would fail if someone leaned against it. By agreement, Jablan infused epoxy or concrete or something and drilled deep screws through the base plates of the railing into the concrete, securing it solidly without any further give. Also, sanded down some rust spots and thoroughly repainted the entire railing, which looks great, like new. They proactively added some concrete patching, unrelated to the railing itself, but apparently, since they had the concrete mixed they filled a few weathered spots and a big gap in the stairs due to the ground settling down over the years. This guards against further weathering and water leaking under the porch. It was unexpected and highly appreciated. Great job overall."
